• Have a leading role to manage overall construction in three units (unit 1, unit 3 & unit 4) of US Apparel and Textiles Industry.
• Responsible for looking after the civil works and general maintenance in the factory and ensuring smooth production without any delay due to civil works.
• Responsible to control the progress, quality and making sure that contractors are achieving the standards according to the contract.
• Responsible to prepare the B.O.Q’s, Estimates, Bar Bending Schedule, Comparative Statement and miscellaneous bills related to various civil works.
• Responsible to provide quality control and urgency in the civil works are done by US Apparel itself including material coordination.
• To ensure the Quality, quantity and progress as per requirement and approved specifications for all types of civil works inside and outside the factory premises.

• Meetings with Contractors for Progress update, pending jobs and execution issues.
• Meetings with SAN Media Management about execution issues and updates.
• To ensure execution of the project in the most efficient and safe manner as per Drawings and Specifications and to ensure that approved material is used at site.
• To prepare Proposed shop drawings and detailed drawings on AutoCAD before start of new construction.
• To check and verify contractor’s submitted Bar Bending schedules and Invoices.
• Responsible for all Administration, Maintenance, Procurement and Logistics related works in both AAP News and Indus News Channels.
• Supervision of Projects according to working schedules and coordination with Bureau office’s staff.

To deal with hospital management (especially MS and Admin officer) to share the scope and order of work.
To supervise the complete project technically and according to working schedules.
To prepare the monthly, weekly and daily Progress reports, Tracker Reports, Fact sheets and construction schedules.
To push the contractor’s site team to improve the workmanship and HSE measures.
To ensure that approved material is being used at site and also as per instructions.
HPTP Construction (monitoring of Corian, Glass work, Dry walls, Granite, Tiles, Aluminum, Infrastructure works Electrical and Plumbing work) at DHQ Khanewal.

To monitor all the activities and coordinate the issues with Project Manager.
Daily, weekly and Monthly Progress reports (showing daily Manpower, activities, Material and inventory etc.) and send it to Jordanian Engineer’s committee.
To prepare measurement sheets and verification of IPC’s from Client.
To prepare the Extension of Time cases, and Handing/ Taking over certificates.

Monitor all the activities on the Project and coordinate the issues with Project Manager.
To Inspect Formwork, reinforcement rebar’s, concrete pouring and all finishing activities as per approved drawings & specification.
To Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Manpower distribution on different activities on daily basis.
To prepare the contract agreements with subcontractors working at site.
To prepare the weekly Planning and monitoring Sheets at site
To rectify all punch list points reported by consultant and record them properly.
To prepare the minutes of meeting during Contractor and Consultant meetings.

To Design the Residential and Commercial Buildings according to Specification of ACI Code and UBC 1997.
To assist the Site Execution team on Retrofitting work of F.F.B.L (Fouji Fertilizer Bin Laden) Project in DHA Phase II Islamabad.
Work as a team player with other Structure and Architecture Designers in ACES Consultant.
