The PPHi (people's primary healthcare initiative) was national programs initiative its was public private partnership at national level ,the complete management with the help of district heath officers (DHOs) was given to( PPHI)at district level to improve the batter condition of basic health facilities (BHUs), but after the NFC award the program was shafted to provinces , the kpk government launched this program in 17 district's which name was DSU(distict support unit) in each districts and head office PSU provincial support unit was Peshawar based, i was working as Assistant Monitoring & evaluation A(M&E) my working duty was to provided the medicine and check the remaining stock of medicine ,check the attendance of BHUs staff and conducted the support group meeting at local level regarding the information about free of caste medicine which was providing by PPHI

1 providing guidance and support and develop the trust & cooperation between men and women
2 To provide the vocational training to the enrolled women in almost 30 different skills, and assist the communities to organize themselves in community village organization involving a men & women.
