Skill Development Program: Provide directions and support to project team to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the training and placement team as to adherence of project activities. •Provided leadership, guidance, and direction for the development and management of Early Childhood Development (ECD) technical framework focus on developing early literacy, mathematics, psycho-social, and health skills, teaching and learning materials to teach the aforementioned skills, professional development strategies, classroom observation support and school readiness assessment.
•Designed the ICE materials development and implementation of professional development activities for teachers and other key stakeholders on the ECD instructional program.
•Worked closely with line departments, Ministry of Education Science & Technology (MOEST), partner organizations, other implementing agencies and stakeholders to ope rationalize the program interventions and strengthen the government institutions.

Represented CARE to relevant implementing partners, government agencies, UN agencies, NGOs and inter-agency forums in 03 districts of south Punjab during flash flood 2010 to support “Food Security & Livelihood” (FSL) activities.
•Directly managed Cash for Work (CFW) projects in designated 20 Union Council of flood affected communities to improve their income and Food security livelihoods of 21,600 targeted beneficiaries through Cash learning program (CaLP).

Established 20 Satellite schools for enhancing girl’s education for IDP’s (Internally Displaced People) response in conflict affected area of District Buner/Malakand.
•Designed PTC’s (Parent Teacher Council) manual with module/ session planning for 20 PTC capacity building Trainings.
•Registered 20 school management committees (SMC’s) of 20 girl’s satellite schools with education department and linked up with nearest Government school PTC’s for its sustainability.
