Collect payments of the customers through cash & cheque.
Handles clients complaints, and inquires with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues.
Provide feedback to management from customers to help improve performance and quality.
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class.
• Participating in arrangements of monthly teachers meeting.
• Organizing Eid-Milan Party, Picnic trips, Milad and Independence Day Functions.
• Reporting all Classrooms activities and learning progress to Headmaster.
• Preparing monthly students report.
• Arrange Parents-teachers meetings.
• Preparing & Managing Student, Teachers and Master Time-Tables.
• Look after all arrangements of Mid-term and Annual Examination.
• Assigning work, correction & marking work carried out by students.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students.
• Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
• Liaising with new and existing clients over the phone and meeting face to face.
• Gaining new appointment from hot and cold leads.
