I have over 23 years of Experience of Development Sector especially in Education, Health and Human Rights. I have Masters Degree in International Relations, Computer Sciences and Master of Public Health (MPH). I started my Career as Social Worker-Volunteer (Child Rights), Lecturer in Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra and in one of the leading organizations in Pakistan SUNGI, DOSTI Development Foundation, UNICEF, HADAF WHO. Being Lecturer also nominated as In-charge of Students Social Work Club for 4 years. I conducted monitoring of Polio Campaigns at field level to support the WHO and Health Department of District Mansehra, KPK. In SUNGI I have been worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Overall I was responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of Sungi's Programs and Projects. On Project side directly coordinated and supported the activities of RISE Project, USAID funded for the Resuming Primary Education in EQ affected areas of District Mansehra. After the EQ 2005, I Supported the Implementation of DRR activities through CBDM Model for Emergency Response including the early warning, risk analysis, contingency planning and recommendations for improvement. On Programs side I facilitated ME support to all the thematic areas of Sungi. I also supported pre and post baseline surveys at household level in 5 working districts of Sungi, i.e., Battagram, Muzaffarabad, Mansehra, Haripur and Abbottabad. In 2006 conducted an assessment of School damages in EQ affected areas of District Mansehra and Abbottabad. I regularly facilitated Monthly, Six monthly and annual planning/review workshops. To measure the progress of Programs/Projects and for quantitative and qualitative analysis developed ME framework and technically supported to external missions in conduct of impact assessment studies of Sungi's SSP II program. Periodically generated institutional reports and submitted to various funding agencies such as Novaib, Noraid, PPAF, RNE, IUCN, UN-Habitat etc. Regular developed institutional periodic reports for donors. Built Capacities of Project staff on PME, implementation and facilitation of Management Information System (MIS), online MIS planning and reporting system, technically reviewed monthly programmatic financial monitor as per work plans. During the floods Emergency 2010 I worked with UNICEF as Provincial Reporting and Monitoring Officer (Education and CP Clusters/ERWGs). My main areas of responsibility were developing Provincial Situation Reports and developing Monitoring Tools, Capacity building of staff Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation tools/exercises and NSRF, Field monitoring of ongoing activities carried out by IPs/members, supported implementation National Single Reporting Format (online reporting database), reporting on 3Ws/4Ws, GIS mapping, Planning, Coordination and monitoring of ERF funding, activities related to UNICEF and ERF funded Projects, Result Based monitoring, Supported in developing M and E Framework, developing proposals, facilitated Provincial Contingency Planning-Punjab, Collecting , processing, Analyzing and disseminating the updates on flood response 2010 to members and decision makers. AS IMO is key that provides efficient updates about project information updates, management, progress and results to decision makers. Support to Programs/ERWGs in carrying out information analysis, Response planning, Reporting and proposal development. Supported and facilitated to Education Department in conducting an assessment of flood affected schools in 11 districts of Punjab. Build Capacities of IPs and ERWG members on Interagency Network on Education in Emergencies minimum standards. As IMO Child Protection I remained involved in data verification and monitoring of NFIs and school supplies distribution points (CFSs and Schools). Coordinated and supported with UNOCHA, UNDP, WFP, FAO and WHO in provision of data, reports, assessments and flood response activities to outreach more flood affected children and women. Provided Support to CP Coordinator in coordination to strengthen District ERWGs-Punjab. Monitored field level activities at CFS and school related to school rehab activities, CFs, Child Protection Units, distribution points and school supplies etc. Recording of filed level findings and reporting to concerned Section Heads/Coordinator-ERG. Worked as Program Manager - Manager Monitoring and Evaluation (livelihoods Sector) with HADAF for KFW Bank, Germany funded Project for implementation of Livelihoods and Community Infrastructure Project (LACIP) in Emergencies. Having more than last 10 years working with WHO as ME Officer (additional assignment) and Provincial Campaign Operations (R)/ME Officer, AJK/GB and also Acted as Provincial High Risk Mobile Population Focal Point AJK/GB . During the stay with WHO my role is to technically support the Provincial and District Health Department of AJK on PEI program planning and implementation. Micro Planning and Resource Plan of AJK/GB. Support Intra Campaign activities, Post campaign activities (Market Survey, LQAS), Analysis and gaps identification of gray areas of Pre, Intra and Post Campaign Activities and timely feedback to concerns for necessary action, Coordination and Linkages with Provincial/District level FPs of AJK/GB on reporting mechanisms, timeliness, Logistics, SM Material, Coordination and reporting to NEOC FPs and daily updates, Supported EPEI/EPI synergy, Information management, Capacity Building of Polio Workers/Supervisors on Revamped Micro Planning, Tally Sheet, monitoring Tools and AFP Sessions. Implemented IDIMS/EOC dashboard online reporting system in all 20 districts of AJK and GB through capacity building of District FPs, Supported EPI Measles Campaign 2018, Measles/Rubella 2021 and TCV Campaign 2022 regarding capacity building/reporting, Data cleaning and analysis. Conducted Field visit to monitor SIAs activities at (Household/Teams/Supervisors/fixed and Transit Sites). Additionally Acting as Provincial ME FP, AJK /GB and responsible of monitoring/Evaluation of SIAs activities NIDS/SNIDs ICM Provincial Planning, Facilitate MPQA, PCM, MS, LQAS, DQA, PTPS monitoring and reporting to concern. My professional areas of interests are Program planning and management of Education, Health, Child Rights, Livelihoods, Gender and DRR Components in Development.
