1- Handle petty cash or purchasing related issue on daily basis.
2- Manage and purchase of kitchen item/refreshment /crockery items.
3- Responsible for janitorial services/cleanliness of the office.
4- To manage Stationery Requirements for all employees of Office and Projects.
5- Handle all complaints/issue regarding electricity, telephones, mobile, and telephone exchange in our office.
6- Look after the buildings and all asset of the company and make ensure that all assets in office are safe and good conditions.
7- Potage/ Courier and dispatch of documents.
8- Maintain the files of utility bills like telephone, mobile, electricity will be paid by the admin department.
9- To perform any other assignments as per requirement of management.
