IT Consultant, Analyst for a multinational company Sandvik AB under contract from EIT
Worked on a contract for Sandvik (multinational conglomerate) as an IT consultant and Jira+ServiceDesk resource from November 2014 to November 2017. Was responsible for installation, maintenance, back end support of Jira and Confluence on test and production servers. Provided support to above 2000 users internationally (mostly from Europe, Australia, US, Canada, Japan and other countries). Part of my job was to maintain AD, migrate data and applications from server to server or migrate data between applications, import and export of data, integrating multiple Atlassian applications, keeping up with new add-ons and Jira and Confluence life-cycle releases and keeping installed instances up to date with latest versions, creating and updating support, training and user management documentation (JIRA and Confluence along with new add-ons), database backups etc.
Also created on-demand business and software workflows for customers.
