• Responsible for the execution of Power & Environmental alarms project of BTS / BSC sites.

• BSS reports (Region wise Network outage & TCH availability)
• Using RC (Radio Commander) software tool to monitor the current Site status and also fully command on editing the tools.

• Improving Network KPIs and TCH Availability by minimizing network outages due to Power/ Hardware.

• Hand on experience on Net viewer Server for Siemens Sral and PNMSJ Server for NEC.
