Assist the QC Manager in all QC activities
Attend/inspect all check requests related to grey & finishing work as per drawing & specification DHA Homes. Houses 2400 approx.
All check request related to structure (Culvert, Bridge, UGWT , OWHT, RCC drain etc)
Coordinate with QS for billing at the end of the month. (Oleander, Lilly, Daffodil, infrastructure & DHA homes.
Maintain filing & records system of all QC activities.
Conduct field and off-site inspection and testing as per specification and drawing.
Conduct testing and commissioning inspection.
Responsible for all the aspects related Quality Assurance & Quality Control for the project.
Review & recommend comments on submitted project quality plan of the main/sub contractors in accordance with the organizational quality management plans.
Collection of QA/QC project documents including Material submittals, Material testing reports, work schedules, project drawing, change orders, any issued addendum, Non-compliance and progress reports.
Perform internal and external audit of the execution sites in regards with quality management plans.
Coordinate with manager Execution and contractor’s construction manager on all quality issues NCRs.
Issue rectification plans and ensure compliance in accordance with technical drawings and specification.
Accepting or rejecting finished items

Inspect all construction activities related to the finishing work (Tile works, Paint works, Electrical works, Wood works, Wardrobs, Aluminum Glass, Railing, Spril stair & Sanitary appliances & fittings)
Execute all works in accordance with as per drawing, specification & list of recommended materials.

Monitoring, supervision and inspection of field work.
Assuring quality of work as per standards.
Execution and Supervision of Heavy structure (civil) i.e. Pre Heater, Raw Mill, Limestone Crusher, Pre-blinding shed.
Concentration and watch over the major components of road work, such as embankment, sub-base, base-course, structures work, different reinforced concrete, x-drainage works, etc.
Supervise the slip forming of cement silo and raw mill silo.
Coordination with the site & office staff.
Execution and construction of Post tensioning, pre stressing structure.
Supervision of all kinds of works in building.
Supervision and inspection of subcontractor’s civil works at site and expedite the progress with quality.
Preparing Running Bills for Sub Contractor.
Preparing Monthly Material Reconciliation for Site. 
Prepare the Bar banding Schedul.
Check and prepare all sub-contractor invoices of steel, shuttering, and concrete.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Monitoring and inspection of TG building, Cooling tower, boiler’s foundations, Pipe rack supports foundations and construction of CFB building etc
Supervision of Bachelor hostel mess & club (Structure and finishing works with all related facilities).
Responsible of all kinds of machinery which is used in site.
Preparation shop drawings and as built drawings.
Checking of site activities and check on all site staff.
Coordinate and direct construction worker and sub-contractor
Layout of building and supervision of sits construction.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
