 Mughals Pakistan Private Limited (Jan2015-April 2016)
Project Title: Nishat Hotel and Emporium Mall, Johar town, Lahore.
One of largest commercial projects of Pakistan having 2,600,000 sq. feet covered area.
Area under my supervision was about 361,000 square feet.

 Responsibilities as Assistant Engineer include
1. Overall site supervision of finishing works which include Blockwork, Plastering , Flooring (Mosaic, Powerfloat PCC, Screeding), Tile Works, Wood Work, False Ceiling Works, Glass work, Stair Case railing, Paint works, Dry wall partition, Gypsum suspended ceiling system, Miscellaneous Carpentry works.
2. Daily, Fortnight, Monthly Progress Reports & Monthly Job Planning on Primavera
3. Preparation of Work and Cost Report
4. Billing of Vendors
5. Monitoring and evaluation of various activities at site through relevant quality testing.
6. Procurement of all type of material for execution.
7. Coordination with consultants for RFI’s, IR’s and variation orders.

Worked as a Civil Engineer on construction of whole Commercial Plaza project on College road.
Responsibilities include
1. Completion of complete plaza including grey structure, finishing , budgeting, costing and overall monitoring of execution teams.
