Communicate production plan to workers and ensure productions targets are achieved in shift
Ensure all material and other resources are available to meet target in shift and arrange the items for coming shift as well.
Troubleshoot machine problems arising during shift. In case of major breakdown, report all issues to the Maintenance Department.
Assists in maintenance actions, plant configuration changes and varying power generation levels
Ensure quality product is made as per specified procedures and to handle any quality issue arising during shift.
Maximize shift team performance though continuous mentoring and training
Prepare RCCA (Root cause and Corrective action) after any problem or complaint is launched.
Keep regular check on the production wastages and give suggestions to reduce it.
