Issue Delivery Order to Customer.
Solving customers issues/ problems by coordinating with managers and other concerns.
Provides quick response to customers inquires and problems.
Acknowledge the messages from principal / master sending port / other relevant
information, as per their requirement.
Provide necessary information such as notice of arrival, notice of readiness to receivers,
shippers and or other concerned parties regarding their vessel / cargo etc.
Maintain vessel schedule, job file, job register, inquiry register,etc.
Communicate coordinate with concerned ones (internal / external) for accomplishment of
assigned jobs and administrative matters related to the department.
Prepare IGM (Import General Manifestation) in Weboc.
