Responsibilities:
·         Monitor adherence to the client/group standards.
·         Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and reported.
·         Weekly inspection of all the fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a record for their service and expiry date. Check the physical condition of each fire extinguisher and pressure.
·         Conducted safety trainings as per company requirements.
·         Attending site safety meetings and monitoring points to ensure remedial action is taken where required.
·         Provide relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees.
·         Supervision and monitoring of work at height, excavation confined Space, live electrical system, Scaffolding, welding, cutting, grinding, and crane lifting and rigging.
·         Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required.
·         Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records.
·         Keep up to date with all relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
·         Conduct daily checks of Permit to Work.
·         Weekly Safety trainings to workers & daily toolbox talk.
·         Check isolations and ensures safe work practices are being adhered to.
·         Utilize positive reinforcement when correcting unsafe behaviors also acknowledging safe behaviors.
·         Completes daily assessments of high risk activities i.e. Lifting Operations.
·         Monitor and assist in the development of security systems/ plans.
·         Ensure that company HS&E Management Systems and Standards are adhered to and are fit for purpose and use.
·         Propose and implement practical safety, health and environment improvement projects in liaison with HSE manager and line personnel.
·         Maintain HSE & Training systems to auditable standards.
·         To advise personnel on company standards, systems and processes.

Coordinating and arranging emergency mock drills.
Audits and reviews employee licenses / authorizations, gate pass and vehicle appliances.
Continuously monitors and ensure implementation of mitigation measures as per the Risk Assessment report for critical activities.

o Project to reduce stop time of the machines due to faults.
o Project to meet ISO Standard requirements involving all electrical equipment’s.
o Manage Routine & Monthly Demands.
o Troubleshooting Experience of industrial lifters.
