I am responsible for management and financial reporting. I have also designed new SOPs that ensure smooth operations. Major tasks comprises:
Closing of trial balance and preparation of Financial Statements;
To coordinate with external auditors and to ensure timely completion of audits;
Processing payments and ensure proper tax deductions as per applicable tax laws;
Record and maintain fixed asset register in accordance with guideline of ICAP in TR-6;
Dealing with Banks and prepare documentation required for various financing, opening of bank account, letter of credit (LC) and other daily operations;
Computation and recording of landed cost for import items and also record inland LCs;
Supervise work of subordinates and ensure correct data entry in system and verify receipt and payment vouchers;
