The cadre of his working institutions covers the Banking, NGOs as well as the welfare organizations at the national and International. This is the evidence of variety of the experience he has in the field of welfare and Banking.

Mr. Umrani has nurtured excellent interpersonal relationships with Media Adviser Mr. Mushtaque A. Rajpar (American Consulate General - Karachi) vis--vis influential community representatives and also has fast relationships throughout Sindh As an Accountant, Admin and Banker, he is smart to maintain Accounts Administration, HR implement the Program Budget as well audit program activities he also possesses strong report writing proficiency, sharp decision making skills, innovative creative ideas for management as well as for Accounts Administration.

During his professional career he organized many trainings, lectures, seminars, conferences, and dialogue programs. Being an organizer he managed Community Management Skill Training (CMST) with round about two hundred village at Shahpur Chakar, he also arranged many interviews for cohort selection at CPCS office during his current job, Mr. Umrani has done work with more than four hundred fellows.
