· CO, VO and LSO formation at Para, Village and Union Council Level
· To provide Trainings to CRPs on CO formation, CAT and on CIF
· To provide Trainings Book keepers/ Accountants of VO and LSO
· To provide Community Management Skill Training (CMST) to CI/CO Bearers
· To provide Management & Leadership Training ( LMST)to VO office bearers
· To provide Management, advocacy and Leadership Training (MALT) to LSO office Bearers
· To organize activist workshop (Managers Conference) at field office level
· To organize Monthly Program plans & review meeting (PPM CRP)
· To support the CO in developing MIP (Micro Investment Plan)
· To support the VO in developing VDP (Village Development Plan)
· Facilitate the LSO in registration of their organization with social welfare department
· To support the LSO in developing UCDP (Union Council Development Plan)
· To work as Supportive Supervisor and back stopping supporter to CRPs in CO formation.
