Site Engineer
Review of Project Specification, contract drawings,BOQ etc.for identifying engineering requirements for the project.
Quantity take-off and initiate for material requisitions and submit material submittals accordingly.
Perform all site activates in compliance with company’s health, safety, and environmental management system.
Preparing relevant documents to conduct an inspection for materials and site installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector To ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of IFC drawing, method statement (if required), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by checklist).
Closely monitor all site activities to ensure quality standards of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and get a daily progress report from site supervisor and update to Project manager and consultant.
supervision of ductwork, Chilled and condense water pipe installation and insulation of chill water pipe, Manpower handling and allocation of work as per requirement.
supervision high side works such as AHU, Chillers, Pumps, cooling tower installation.
ensure that all component such as ACD, VCD's, Fire Dampers, Valve package, Grilles & diffuser, propeller Exhaust Fan, flexible connector etc are installed as per as approved shop drawing.
Organize site meetings with subcontractors, consultant, and client.
Organize and ensure that all works are completed as per Project schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Execution of Air conditioning system,
Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air Handling Units.
• Supervise construction progress to ensure
accordance with company quality standards.
• Prepared and Revised cost estimate as
needed.
• Quantity takes off from shop drawings and
forwards it to the purchasing department.
• Constantly training and guiding workers to
maintain the quality of works.
• Solving issues related to the site.
• Developing daily and Monthly progress
report.
• Conducting of Duct Leak test and Pipe
Hydrostatic Pressure.
• Attending Meeting with Client and
contractors to propose technical and
contractual solutions for any disputed
issues.
• Ensure that Project is going as per schedule
