1) AS INVENTORY AND STORE ASSISTANT
2) To take care that the required material is never out of stock.
3) Daily consumption and reports.
4) To conduct scheduled internal auditing.
5) To take care that no material is available in much excess than required.
6) To receive material, goods and equipment, and to check them for identifications.
7) To record and update receipts and issue of materials.
8) To check the bin card balances with the physical quantities on daily bases.
9) To keep proper records of all material transactions.
10) To operate a system of perpetual inventory to find at any time the amount and value of each kind of material in stock.
