Following up Tracker companies till NR/ER problem is resolved. Maximum time limit given by K-Electric is 48-hours.
Monitoring odometer reading of all vehicles deployed in K-electric on 1st till last date of the month and get it rechecked with tracker system Kms. In case of abnormal variation manager operation is to be informed with cc to Director Fleet management.
Fuel Average report emailed by K-electric is to be cross checked with tracker report on monthly basis and maintaining report.
Ensuring the 24/7 execution of fuel operations at store-level including product handling, supplies ordering and pricing compliance.
Coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure that they are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition (license renewals).
Maintenance of vehicles: Monthly inspection and arrangement for services and repairs.
Vehicles effectively and efficiently utilized, maintained, tracked and maintaining safety record of drivers.
Coordinating and establishing high standards of transport housekeeping.
Coordinating training programs on Logistics safety.
Monthly report of Own & 3P vehicles deployed in K-electric showing KMs travelled as per tracker and odometer log sheets received from driver and supervisors and crosschecking fuel consumed in vehicles on daily basis.
Directing distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy or timeliness objectives.
Negotiating transportation rates or services and efficient routes planning.
Negotiating with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Ensuring carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
