Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating Customer’s Business Use Cases, Assessment of gaps and Resolution of internal and external observations by playing role as Middleman between Customer and Development Team.

Documentation and designing the Reports and KPIs for developers as per formats of Customer.

Documentation of User Manuals.

Conducting meetings with Bottom to Top Management for presentations and review.

Implementation and Training of Point of Sales, Inventory Management, Financials and Production Management applications in Small and Medium Enterprises according to the Business Requirements of Customers.
After Sales Support to Customers including;

Assistance to Users in entering all day to day transactions including Purchases, Sales, Payments, Receipts, Journal Vouchers, Production, Financial Years Closing, Adjustment and Opening.

Identification and Resolution of problems related to applications via
Ticket Management System.

Collaboration with Development Teams to design new features and reports in applications.

Sharing Updates in applications with Customers having SLA.
