The major responsibilities which I carried out are:

Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Quarterly Progress Reports and Annual progress Report
Preparation of Project Plan of Work & Quality Management Plan of the Project 884MW Suki Kinari Hydro Power Project
Assists in Contractual Matters related to EPC Contract between Client & Contractor of 884MW Suki Kinari Hydro Power Project e.g. Design changes in Project Layout & Structures, Change of Supplier of Turbine, Governor and its auxiliary parts
Assistance in the Design Review of following Structures of 884MW Suki Kinari Hydro Power Project:
Review for the Change of Supplier for Generator-Turbine unit.Auxiliary and Ancillary Equipment of Powerhouse (Generator – Turbine unit, Main Inlet Valve & Governor)
Powerhouse Crane Beam
Aeration & Water cooling system of Powerhouse Complex
Penstock guard valves
 Embedded pipes in Powerhouse (Turbine, Generator, Bus-bar Tunnels)
Energy Calculations of the Project
Assistance in Design Review of Main Access Tunnel to Powerhouse
Factory Acceptance Tests
FAT inspection for equipment of Transmission line
FAT Inspection of material for embedded parts of Dam, Powerhouse & Penstock.
Various site visits to monitor the progress of different structures and equipment’s

1410MW (3*470MW) Tarbela 4th Extension Hydropower Project- T4CJV  (Oct 2016 - April 2016)
The major responsibilities which I carried out are:

Design Review of Drawings/Calculations related to Mechanical under supervision of Senior & Principal Engineers E&M.
Prepare the Design Review Forms on Drawings and Calculation Reports.
Maintain record for Submissions from E&M Contractor Sino Hydro and VOITH.
Maintain the daily correspondence reporting to Client and Contractors

The major responsibilities which I carried out are:

 Prepare the total bill of quantity (BOQ), planning and scheduling of Projects.
Correspond and coordinate with clients, consultants and project partners.
Correspond with in-house departments for execution of project activities.
 Prepare and maintain record of purchase orders of complete material for the project.
 Maintain and update record on Project Control Documents.
