Check & approved the bar bending schedule, estimation of BOQ quantities prepared by Site Engineer.
Check and approve the IPC made by QS Engineer.
Liaise on a daily basis with Project Manage and the Contractor to undertake construction activities as per the construction schedule.
Monitor and report construction progress and take appropriate action to ensure that the works are being constructed in accordance with the technical specifications of the construction contract and the agreed construction schedule.
Manage the operations and construction of multiple project sites.
Provide technical guidance regarding structural repairs, construction and design.
Monitor the Contractor\'s compliance with the project management plans including the Environmental Management Plan and other requirements under the Construction Contract.
Check and process requests for progress payments submitted by the Contractor.
