1. Responsible for all IT related procurement, negotiation with Vendors for products and services agreements.
2. E- Store website development and customization.
3. Propose, design and implement the networking solution.
4. Responsible for maintenance of all IT related devices.
5. Manage the ERP (Candela), quarterly and weekly updates, maintain record back up.
6. Be informed with latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
7. Develop SOP(s) and best practices, including: written protocols, documentation and guidelines for IT department and end users.
8. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentations of modifications and upgrades.
9. Compile the reports regarding stock and sales in different aspects for Executive Management and users.
10. Coordination for new email ID generation and continues availability of internet for all Origins Offices / Production Units.
11. Coordinate with outlets to resolves IT and Candela related issues and make sure smooth operations.
12. Responsible for all types of configuration and reconfiguration of Candela license.
