• Possessing 3.5 years of vast experience in the field of Computer Hardware & Networking where Planning, Implementation, Administration and troubleshooting are involved.
• Identifies diagnoses and resolves level one problem for users for the Personal computer software and hardware, drivers, printer, scanners, internet, Wi-Fi and new computer technology.
• Diagnosis/replacement, network set up, Windows trouble shooting, Virus and Spyware removal.
• Installing and configuring wireless Devices like D-link, TP-Link Wi-Fi, router, Access point.

• Ability to Install, Configure and Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows server 2003/ 2008/2012, Exchange Server 2010/2013 and TMG 2010.
• Good knowledge of CISCO based routers 1800, 2500 & 2800 and Switches 2950, 2960 &3560.
• Hand-on Experience of Configuration of VLAN, STP, and RSTP & MSTP setup on Cisco 1900, 2950, 2960 Switches.
• Excellent knowledge of PRTG & Solar winds Network Monitoring Software.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of HP Printers and Scanners.
• Quick learner with ability to grasp new technologies, both software and hardware. Proven ability to work under pressure and team environment.
