1. Manage Payroll of 500 employees and all related matters like attendance, leaves, advances, overtimes, loans, PF and other deductions.
2. Manage and keeping track of all the benefits, allowances, perks increments and bonuses.
3. Assist in developing and implementing company policies and regulations.
4. Assist in developing and implementation of ERP based module for Head Office and Retail.
5. Working on Microsoft Dynamics AX for retail staff induction in shops.
6. Posting and invoicing POs in Microsoft Dynamics AX for administrative things.
7. Manage retail staff as per Labor laws.
8. Lead & conduct the internal audit of HR department as per standards.
9. Ensure retail staff training programs across Pakistan.
10. Dealing with Govt. bodies like EOBI and Social Security.
11. Assist in preparing departmental budgets on yearly basis.
12. Preparing different reports as per the need of management.
