I have been associated with fidem education network, where currently I am working as a Marketing coordinator as well as a research associate. I am responsible for making the marketing budgets for the year. I have been assigned the tasks of preparing all the promotional materials for the company including, catalogues, brochures, fliers, corporate profile of the company etc. I am responsible for the website maintenance and upgrading the information on the website. My job responsibilities includes the provision of assistance to the sales team of Karachi to target the different areas, keeping the track of sales, controlling and assessing sales, making monthly sales charts, forecasts, future plans etc. I organize events in my company, where I am responsible for the overall set-ups. Recording track of customer feedback and their satisfaction, keeping record of the competitors, making competitors analysis keeping their moves in mind tracking and recording them. Reporting to the line manager, Marketing director and the CEO. Updating the sales sheet and records on the software being used by the organization. All the marketing activities are held under my supervision where I have to keep track of the needs and wants of our consumers and according to their needs I am responsible for fulfilling them by designing the workshops and training sessions as per their requirements. We organize those sessions all over Pakistan, as Fidem Education network is spread in 14 cities of Pakistan so we have to cater those 14 cities.
As a research associate I am working as a writer along with the marketing activities. As, our organization is a publishing firm of curriculum books, I work as an author and write curriculum books. I believe in this era it is really important for a person to be multi-talented and Fidem has provided me that opportunity to get to know myself better.
