CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
I was working as Customer service officer in HBL Wapda House branch (Corporate Branch). My key responsibilities were as under Account Opening Process Dormant Activation Accounts Closure Cheque Book & ATM issuance Issuance of Customer Account Statements CIM updation Also deal with updating KYC.
TELLER
I started my banking career with HBL as TELLER. After successful completion of one month comprehensive training, I was posted as Teller in Jail Road Branch Lahore, where I was
given the charge of Cash. After that I got elevated as Remittance Officer in the same branch where I was responsible for:
Handling of Local Remittance (online & local transfer postings)
Issuance of CDR and Bankers Cheque
Handling of Clearing , OBC, RTGS
Cash Receipts/Payments(Local and Foreign currency)
ATM Supervisor
