Undertake coordination, convening, documentation, and provision of technical support to the MPDSR system implementation.


Review training material developed for training of trainers on MPDSR system and organize trainings and refreshers for all selected facilities/districts of the province.


Prepare the review and reporting on MPDSR system implementation- challenges, achievements and next steps.


Develop a plan for the implementation in selected facilities, a plan for scale up to other facilities and districts in coordination with DOH and the respective districts.


Coordinate monitoring of MPDSR system implementation at the selected healthcare facilities.


Support and facilitate the provincial DOH in coordinating facility, district and provincial review meetings through respective committees as per stipulated schedules and ToRs of the notified
committees to measure the implementation rate of the system.


Conduct analysis and generate technical reports of the reviews in coordination with the DOH
focal person and secretaries of the committees


Support the relevant committee members in use of MPDSR software tool and facilitate the
data recording at the implementing units at the selected hospitals.










Present reports and lessons learned to the Provincial Task Force meetings, facility and district review meetings.


Prepare timely reports for all activities under MPDSR system implementation and submit regular progress reports for review by Ministry & WHO teams

.Hospital admission
·Carrying out the patients’ admissions according the MSF acceptance criteria and re-orientating the patients out of criteria,Carrying out detailed consultations of patients following MSF clinical protocols and noting observations on register,Providing patients with information on their health condition, explaining the treatments required and checking that patients have understood,Working in close collaboration with other departments, ensuring the transfer of the patient to department.
·Informing gynecologist/surgeon or midwife about patients’ transfer within WH.
·Contacting gynecologist/surgeon or midwife for consultation without delay in case of emergency.
·Checking the vaccination status of all pregnant women at admission.
·Respecting MSF Guidelines and Protocols for prescription of investigations and treatment if required.
· Filling clearly diagnosis and treatment on the Hospitalization card, Ensuring the upkeep of the Emergency Room and emergency equipment inside
. Inpatient department (Maternity, ICU, Postnatal, NBU),Carrying out the daily round in the Inpatient Department in collaboration with gynecologist/surgeon, midwife and anesthetist.
·Examining all the hospitalised patients

·Prescribing the care and treatments required accordingly to MSF guidelines and clinical protocols and ensuring the correct application of prescriptions,Ensuring the rational use of medicines.
·Informing the patients about their illness and explaining their treatment.
·Keeping the hospitalization forms up to date by noting the details of examinations, entry and exit diagnosis and following the specialist consultation,Preparing all documentation for discharge and referral.
· Participating in on-going personnel training (care techniques, updating protocols,Participating to the weekly training session proposing and presenting topics,Participating in medical meetings, monthly and when necessary,Participating in the medical data collection

Develop training plans at different levels which will include the timetable, facilitators agenda and the main topics to be included in different categories of the training.


Advise and coordinate for the development of training modules for Infection Prevention and Control, Communication, Monitoring and data management, Vaccine administration according to WHO guidelines and manuals.


Monitor implementation of quality trainings through real time data collection using mobile apps like KOBO-Collect and recommend the corrective actions.


Prepare recommendation and a draft action plan to strengthen the enrolment of the COVID vaccine.


Facilitate training and oversight the quality of the training on the microplanning templates to ensure having quality microplans.


Develop monitoring mechanism and ensure quality of vaccination process
