Job Description
Preparation of accounts for clients
Managing book keeping operations
Liaising with clients both orally and in writing
Monitoring of deadlines
Writing up cash books
Assisting the accounts and audit department on all aspects relating to the preparation of year-end
        accounts, drafts accounts, management accounts and annual audit
Preparing sales invoices in SAP & POS
Generating daily office expenses
Keeping an eye on incoming payments from account receivables and outgoing payments from
accounts payable
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transection
Weekly stock auditing
Handling and counting cash.
Other duties involve maintaining attendance sheet, answering phone calls and watching cameras.
