Here my responsibilities are to arrange hotel reservations, visas, air tickets for foreign meetings of EOC Sindh core team, maintaining master files to share with Chairperson and with other team members of executive staff, communicate & schedule/organize/convene management’s meetings with local/nationwide & foreign delegations and to maintain calendar of senior level appointments, contributing the dispatching and transmitting of the incoming/outgoing mails/e-mail, letters, fax, reports, scanned copies, documents, preparing agendas, maintaining attendance sheets and minutes of the meetings as well as arranging conference rooms for Core team/Minister for Health/ management’s meetings.

Previously I had 10 years experiences from “Training & Development” as a “Master Trainer / Corporate Trainer / Free-lance Trainer” for soft skills / call center/contact center/customer services/Marketing dep’t/front desk customer retention/self-motivation/Team building gave me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people from August 2007 till May 2017.
