-Design, build, and maintain various applications modules.

Techincal Support Engineer (NOC)
My Responsibilities Include....
• Managing, maintaining & configuring DSL services (Including ADSL, ADSL2+, VDSL), VPN services & IPTV Services, via NMS of whole South region which contains 1300 Optical nodes (ONU/MSAG/MSAN).
• Configuration of Access Services like HSI, IPTV, VOD over SDH platform.
• Monitoring alarms of nodes (ONU, MSAG, MSAN, DSLAM) via Huawei and ZTE NMS (U2000 , T2000 , N2000 , U231) to ensure their accurate operations for fulfilling business objectives and for user end services connected through these nodes.
• Managing Huawei Transmission products including OptiX 1000v3, OSN 1500, OSN 550, OSN 3500, OSN 7500 and OSN 9500 NMS iManager T & U-2000 Navigator.
