Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Creating and administering user accounts and groups in Active Directory, file share permissions and dealing with password issues.
• Backup for all documents and other application internal and third party applications
• Manage the centralized Antivirus server
• Provided Desktop/Laptop/IT Support and windows/ software’s installation and setup PBX System.
• Installing and troubleshooting different types of Printers, fax machines and scanners of HP, Canon.
• Scheduled Backup operation.
• I have worked in shifts 24x7, I was on call, performed duty on rotations. Able to work on split shifts or flexible timings.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks points, hardware, printers, scanner, Multimedia etc
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. • Experience to manage, installation and monitoring CCTV camera’s and backups
• Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to client questions via telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
• Interacting with customers to determine their needs.
• Identifying and resolving configuration issues.
• Maintaining client documentation.
• Technical Support, Printers, Scanners, Hardware, LAN, WAN.
• Software Installation. • Window 7,8,10 Installation.
• Management System. • Manage backups of all servers and databases.
• Support and maintain desktop application
• Other duties as required by IT department
