Environmental Compliance Section:
Assist in achieving complete compliance management systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and applicable regulatory bodies’ processes and procedures.
Implementation of Brand’s code of conduct for INDITEX, H&M, JC PENNEY, MANGO, ESPRIT, C&A, PRIME MARK, BEST SELLER for successful result.
Maintain records of discharge or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
Schedule and conduct training to cover SOP’s, workplace safety and other relevant topics.
Conduct Environmental Risk Assessment, Environmental Aspect & Impact.
Take initiatives for the improvement to reduce resource consumption in terms of Energy, water and environment, reducing GHG (Green House Gases) levels educate the authorities on matters involving safety issues.
Active in all Environmental testing procedures by SEPA approved laboratories to meet the standard. i.e.Gas Emissions, Noise, Air monitoring, Waste Water & Drinking Water testing to maintain its limits as per standard.
Engage in all Environmental & Sustainability Audits i.e. EMS, FEM, GOTS, STEP BY OEKOTEX, RSL, MRSL and any other audit conducted by our clients.
Social Compliance Section:
Develops and implements Social inspection and HR policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Interact and Co-ordinate with all members of the organization, suppliers and clients/customers regarding improvement of Social Compliances and Fire safety requirements.
Prepares and schedules annual training plan to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, fire safety and other relevant topics.
Prepare Immediately CAP after Audit against auditors NCs.
Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Assist in achieving complete Social compliance requirements by conducting HR, Personal file, Payroll audit, EOBI and BESSI Contribution.
Engage in all Social Compliance Audits i.e. SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, GSV, SLCP and other audits conducted by our clients.
