· Work with the Environment and Social safeguard and other specialists in the consulting firm and ADB in preparing a more detailed implementation plan for the Gender Action Plan (GAP) with updated timeframes, as necessary to ensure that those actions and activities are implemented, and monitored, complied with and reported in accordance with ADB’s relevant policies
· Provide inputs in the design of gender sensitivity training for teachers and BISE Assessors, and work with Teacher Training and Examination Reform Specialists and other specialists (national and international) in conducting gender sensitivity training
· Ensure the timely implementation of the GAP, monitor the achievements of gender targets, and regularly report on its implementation
· Collect sex-disaggregated data to monitor progress in achieving targets of the GAP
· Develop and implement systems for collecting sex-disaggregated data to monitor and report progress in achieving targets of the GAP
· Support the Teacher Training Specialist and education content consultants to carry out actions and activities specified in the GAP

· Refine PMS in collaboration with an M&E specialist as the data will be utilized to confirm achievable targets.

Follow CMAM protocols while operating OTP sites according to quality indicators. Create and deliver monthly, bi-annually and annually reports to the management. Produce operational and administrative reviews by gathering, selecting, revising, and retaining variety of key information. Examine challenge while tracking plan, telling deviations of deliberate sports, and picking out desires of reprogramming. Build capacity on community based management of acute malnutrition protocols. Steered monitoring visit at OPT sites, outreach area and Nutrition Stabilization Center (NSC) as per the developed ACF monitoring checklist and WHO protocols. Generated and retained visit reports to share overview of ground situation and findings/observations of the visit by using standardize monitoring check list and provide an over view of ground situation. Held full accountability for producing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance and sectoral program/project reports for the management and partners to keep them informed of program progress. Led de-brief meetings and monthly progress reviews of partners on a monthly basis to share observations/findings of the visit. Ensured the renovation and constructions of DarulAmans as well as built synergies and productive relations with women survivors of DarulAmans (shelters for women) in three district of Sindh, Sukkur, Larkana, and Hyderabad. Delivered necessities materials to the residents of Darul Aman. Created systems to share learning through process documentation, reviews, and impact assessment as per project strategy and work plans to improve project quality.
