• Responsible for primary & secondary sales of his area distributor’s and responsible to increase market share & market reach. Responsible to insure timely resolution of services related issues.
• Responsible for the assigned area’s distributor’s annual turnover achievement, sales forecasting and tracking and setting the vision for the assigned area. Developing and adhering to the business plan to attain this vision. Providing suggestions and recommendations to the Head of Sales about new business ideas.
• Making secured sales in terms of recoveries and reducing the cash cycle days. Developing the business by generating sales revenue against allocated targets and budgets.
• Recommending and planning strategies for marketing & promotion of brand through product wise and market wise strategies.
• Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the area in support of national objectives.
• Maintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Conducting SWOT analysis and reporting market information to the management with regard to the business using the product trend, strengths & opportunities and also proactively planning for strategies & procedure to tackle with weaknesses & threats in order to protect the product.
• Preparing sales policies and trade offers & recommending pricing strategies for achievement of targets with the approval of Head of Sales to ensure achievement of sales targets in a profitable manner.
