Allotment of file numbers to new employees, which include the nominees for Local/Overseas Project.
To enter the relevant information of visa processing status in respect of each no mine e.
To enter the mobilized manpower in Data Bank, at any overseas project.
Daily Project wise manpower mobilization status.
Project wise salary sheet preparation.
Documentation of selected manpower Craft wise daily status of mobilization.
Craft wise summary of available and mobilized manpower. Issuance of call letters/telegram to the candidates short listed for mobilization.
Any other duty assigned by Head Of Department.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
