The Major role is to Manage WHH-BMZ funded project "Strengthening the Socio-economic Resilience of Youth by Promoting their Economic Self-reliance in three provinces of Pakistan" in four district if Sindh Thatta, Sujawal, Badin and Jamshoro.
The Major activities of the project are.
Major activities of the project are as follows.
1.    Provision of training for youth. (Six months training either through vocational training institute or job placement).
2.    Supporting job placement for youth.
3.    Provision of career counselling, life skills and mental wellbeing.
4.    Coaching/Mentoring of youth to enter the job market, Follow-up visits or phone calls with the trainees.
5.    Support with job placement for youth.
6.    Supporting enterprise development for youth through provision of business start-up kits.
7.    Link with Financial Services.
8.    This project will be implemented in four district of Sindh province ( Thatta, Sujawal,Badin and Jamshoro)

The Major role is managing ECHO funded  Project”Improving National Capacity Response to COVID-19 Pandemic in Pakistan” in 2 districts(Sanghar & Umerkto) of Sindh Pakistan major activities of this project are as follows.
1.      Provision of PPEs and Disinfactant Material at Health facilities.
2.      Provision of Medical Equipment at Health facilities.
3.      Provision of Non-Medical Equipments at Health facilities.
4.      Provision of furniture at Health facilities.
5.      WASH (Toilet construction and Hand washing stations) at Health facilities.
6. Techenical Training of Medical and Paramedical staff on basic of COVID-19

The Major role is managing ECHO funded flood response project in 5 districts(Mirpukhas Umerkto, Sujawal, Tharparkar and Dadu) of Sindh Pakistan on FSL, WASH,Shelter and COVID-19 response the major activities of this project are as follows.
1.      Multipurpose Cash transfer (FSL)
2.      WASH (Provision of WASH NFIs)
3.      Shelter (Provision of Shelter Material)
4.      COVID-19 response (Provision of PPEs and Instalation Handwashing Station in public health facilities)

The Major responsibility is to Manage project “To support rain and flood affected vulnerable population amid COVID-19 crisis  finded by SIDA in District Badin and Mirpurkhas in Sindh, Pakistan" with Partner  organization on following activities.
1.      Conditional and Unconditional Cash Transfer
2.      WASH (Provision of WASH NFIs)
3.      Shelter (Provision of Shelter Material)
4.      COVID-19 response (Provision of PPEs and Instalation Handwashing Station in public health facilities)

The Major roles include: Coordination and monitoring of Humanitarian and FNS programs in Emergency and FNS (i.e. Climate Smart agriculture program to improve nutrition of the U 5 and PLWs in district Umerkot.
Design various nutrition sensitive project as part of multi-sectoral nutritional interventions for Tharparkar and Umerkot to drought in Sindh for the organization.
Since Jan 2017 till present I have run AA, ECHO, BMZ WHH Funded drought response, COVID-19 and Climate Smart Agriculture Projects having multi-sectoral nutritional interventions.

The total budget of all project funded by WHH to TRDP is Euro 4,875,923 out of which  3,298,577Euro budgeted projects are executed by me.

The Major role of this position was overall responsibilities for smooth running of TRDP program (including different projects on FSL, Humanitarian, Health and Education) in district Umerkot with 50 staff members. The main activities in the role were included; project planning, budget controlling, staff management, coordination and liasoning and donor reporting.

The Major role of this position was Coordination and monitoring of Poverty Reduction and Livelihood Program funded by Government of Sindh in 44 Union Councils of district Tharparkar for the poor families identified through poverty score card (PSC) tow lower bands (0 to 11 and 12 to 18) the major activities were as follow Community Investment Funds (CIF)

I was managing 80 project staff and one project office, 4 taluka Offices, with 4 Taluka Managers Livelihood, IGG, HRD, Finance and Admin officer, and team of Social Organizers the project budget of PKR 1billion.

The Major role of this position was to provide technical support to the teams in Dadu, Jamshoro, Tharparkar and Umerkot and Umerkot during phasing out working children and enrolling them in schools creating livelihood support options for the parents to ensure their Food and Nutrition requirements and secure their right of food.The overall budget of this project was PKR 257 million and 100 staff member in 4 districts.

The Major role of this position was Coordination and monitoring of the program in district Tharparkar and Sanghar and liaison with line department regarding WFP Cash for work (Improve Household Nutrition during droughts) in both districts.
The overall budget of the project was PKR 200 million with 60 staff members headed by 2 district coordinators
