Monthly process wise costing.
Prepare recipes for dyeing, yarn, fiber, printing and engraving.
Prepare consolidated costing.
Prepare product pricing and post orders costing.
Design budget models for departments and analyze to ensure all operations are within
budgets.
Present budgets to management for approval.
Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each
reporting period.
Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure
controls.
Discuss CAPEX/REVEX with department for reasons.
Payable & Receivable (2015 to 2018)
Entering sales tax invoices into the ERP system/Oracle.
Prepare sales tax withheld certificate of supplier.
Process of advance payment.
To make adjustment through Debit/Credit memo.
To prepare weekly memo and communicate with relevant departments/suppliers to
resolve issues.
GL reconciliation with supplier ledger.
Follow-up of advances and age analysis.
Coordinates monthly closing procedures.
To prepare sales tax invoice, local waste sales on weekly basis.
To review local sales tax invoices with receipts and apply and outstanding report is
maintained.
To prepare power consumption expenses JV.
