PMP certified Project Manager with more than 3 years of experience in the IT industry with deep understanding of project life cycle and product management. Currently working as a Project Manager on the SCO (Special Communication Organization) project of Ministry of IT, Government of Pakistan. It is basically the Expansion of Broadband Services and Upgradation of IP Core Network from 10 Gbps to 100 Gbps in the areas of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB).

1- Lead the planning and implementation of project from initiation to closure.
2- Facilitate the clear definition of project scope, goals and deliverable.
3- Effective communication with all department personnel and any necessary operational groups.
4- Organize, track and distribute project data to field teams designated to specific projects. This include schedules, emails, time tracking and budgeting etc.
5- Develop full scale project plans with work break down structures defining project tasks, timelines and resource requirements
6- Track project deliverable on a daily/weeks and monthly basis. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
7- Effectively applies PMI and ITIL methodologies to enforce project standards.
8- Maintain PMO knowledge and provide support for on-time development and delivery of IT solutions.
9- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
10- Develop and maintain RAID log and minimizes exposure of risk on project.
11- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
12- Develop co-operation communication and excellent working interfaces with customers.
13- Change Request handling on CMS and follow up till approval by Integrated Change Control Board.
14. Scheduling of kickoff calls with the customer and forecasting of the project in Tenrox.
1- To manage and coordinate all the different departments in an establishment in the hospitality sector.2- To define the management strategy of the establishment in line with profit targets, the quality charter and hygiene and safety norms.3- To disperse enough money to the departments that will ensure an efficient workflow towards the project.4- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency.5- Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses.6- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.7- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.8- Review and prepare reports for senior management.

Customer Complaint Coordinate Management System (CCCMS)
1- Interact within and outside technical department for customer’s complaint handling
2- Handling all the complaints within the scope of our pre-defined parameters
3- Reporting, tracking, internal and external SLA formulation and coordination
4- To ensure that complaints are closed by concerns within TAT
5- Review meetings and evaluations to troubleshoot the issues
6- Support and coordinate on all the core functions
7- Assurance of high level of service quality
