Able to perform safe berthing and safe sailing as per standard port controls and SOPs.
Leading and managing LPG cargo vessel/ship handling and off-loading as per strategic planning to avoid any distress from shore side tanks.
Able to analyze the (Q-88) vessel requirements that are needed for the safe berthing and offloading as per our terminal SOPs.
Ensure the compliance of ship/shore safety meeting so that no interruption arises during offloading operations.
Ensuring that all safeties must adhere to the company policy and as per the SOPs mentioned by the company for the terminals operations.
Ensure constant communication with the port authorities as well as the vessel and ship's agent so that no delay or interruption arises of any sort.
To assess the maintenance needs/requirements and to manage and plan all projects related to jetty/port maintenance.
O&M supervision of electrical supplies, wiring, control equipment and other electrical appliances including generators and loading arm.
O&M of electrical supplies to all sensors and gauges installed at the system and firefighting system.
Supervise O &M team for safe and reliable operation of terminal and jetty as per O&M agreement.
Supervise and manage all projects that are at Jetty (Terminal) related to mechanical, civil, electrical as well as instrument.
Participate in detailed engineering design and process safety reviews.

At Head Office:

Managed to develop and implement an INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM at SSGC|LPG Port Qasim Plant.
SSGC|LPG HSE MS Manual has been revamped and implemented throughout SSGC|LPG Plants.
NFPA-70, NFPA-58 practice has been implemented as per the OGRA mandatory requirements.
ISO 45001:2018 Principles of OH & SMS has been completed and included in the HSE MS Manual.
Trainings on IOSH Managing Safely, Scaffolding Safety & Confined Space Safety has been done.
Electrical & Instrument System Audit has been done on the instructions of the Managing Director for the SSGC|LPG Port Qasim Plant.
Assisting Technical & Customer Engineering Service Head in Design Reviews and project planning.
Handled a Project “Custody Transfer Station” along with all the instrumentation and Electrical Design as well as its scope of work which is around 45M+ budgeted cost.
Scrutinize the Tender Documents after detail analysis of the Documents, Specifications and Drawings.
Technical Evaluation were done for multiple tendered projects.
Review the planning and design of project as well revision of original plan if required.
Review planned and developed the layout of electrical power conducted site survey, studies electrical data and assisted in developing project programs.
Controlling cash flow in order to achieve timeline and better project quality.

At SLL Plant:

Worked as a Trainee Electrical Engineer at Maintenance & Operations Depart.
Installation of Field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow transmitters, Control valves, ESD Valves, Etc.)
Carried out regular inspection of utilities and reports, preparation of the area for various maintenance jobs.
Poles, lights and fitting of G.I pipe and termination of cables with proper procedures.
Ensure all the work with continuous safety measures and HSE protocols.
Installation of Fire & Gas devices.
Installation of cable tray as per drawing.
Cable laying, glanding & Termination as per Area/Zone Requirement (ATEX-ii).
Documentation for all site progress activities.
Installation, testing, termination & commissioning of lightening system on LPG Storage Tanks, DBs, wiring system, Manual Call Points and Sounders etc.
Maintenance, Operation and Inspection of the Generators, Motors and all Electrical Equipment as per preventive maintenance plan.
Forecasting the risks of health, safety and environment and providing awareness to mitigate the risks.

At SLL Jetty:

Worked as an Assistant Loading Master.
Ensuring the Electrical and Instrument system is operational.
Conduct Safety Ship/shore meeting with the vessel/crew to elaborate the details of the line size, flow rate and etc.
Ship/Shore Communication in order to communicate with the vessel.
Complying with the Zone Classification and ATEX requirement for the safe offloading and maintaining close looped operation throughout the offloading.
Basis on the Tank ullege reports and given plan, offloading operation resumes and stops.
Responding to Port Calls and direct communication with the Ship Agents, Port Management and the Surveyors to ensure the offloading operation runs smoothly.
Safe discharging of berthed vessels by complying to the ISGOTT rules.
Positioning of the vessel by continuous communication with the Ship/Pilot on the vessel.
Port control and vessel scheduling and berthing/sailing.
Lining-up the MLA System along with the preparation of discharge lines being active to unload the cargo.
Ensure all the work with continuous safety measures and HSE protocols. 

I was working at DHA Head Office as a team Lead in Management Information Service Depart. The Key responsibilities were:
