As an Assistant Manager in Business Operations department, I am responsible for the maintenance and operations of an access network of a sub division. This is not only giving an opportunity to understand the technicalities of the access network, but also to enhance my leadership and customer handling skills.
• Hardware implementation of Network coding on software defined radios (USRP B200).
• Aim to prove that network coding is a reality and how it can be incorporated with real network communication systems.
Moreover, my responsibility was to assist and manage other groups working in the lab.
• Interning in the Process Division-Digital Factory at Siemens, I gained practical knowledge of motors and generators.
• I worked on different projects on PLC-300 including car parking system, implementing the fire alarm system, and automated Star-Delta Starter for motors.
• Studied the electrical distribution network of AKUH in detail and prepared a report which also included improvements which could be made to the current electrical distribution network at AKUH.
