In my previous role, I was responsible for verifying purchase orders and approving or rejecting requests as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. My meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills allowed me to manage records efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures. Additionally, I developed tools to enhance communication within the team and streamline our processes, in my administrative job, I was also part of the HR team, assisting with recruiting and interviewing new resources. 
I have led international lead generation and survey programs across various sectors, including Diabetic, Topical Pain Cream, Brace (DME), and Cancer Prevention (CGX). My experience in vendor price negotiation and administrative tasks has equipped me with the skills to manage purchase work, maintain accurate records, and oversee warehousing and inventory management.
Moreover, I have successfully handled international correspondence and worked on USA-based residential mortgage, tax, and deed documentation, ensuring all documentation was accurate and timely. My ability to produce daily reports and communicate effectively with the head of the department has consistently contributed to the team's overall productivity.
