District Monitoring Officer
Responsibilities include :
- Arranging campaigns, semisnars, walks , meetings etc for the awareness of general public regarding their right to timely delivery of public services notified by the Govt. Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Working alongside District Administration for making timely, quality and transparent delivery of piblic services.
-Monitoring data of public services at district level.
- Helping resolve public complaints regarding their right to public services
- Maintaining data on performance management system database and review of reports .
- Working as member of district and sub divisionsal steering committees to help them issue directions, notifications etc.
- Assisting appalete authorities and Commission in dispensing with cases regarding public services.
Assistant Resident Engineer
• Based on knowledge and performance, appointed as ARE without required experience
• Review and revision of all shop drawings, design drawings, construction methods and issuance of additional drawings in coordination with the design office and client department
• Study of architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and preparation of detailed/revised cost estimates to assist in budgetary control
• Supervision of construction activities, inspection of test specimens and materials, and quality control
• Coordination with the contractors on scheduling, application of resources and resolution of their concerns
• Verification of invoices based on measurement sheets and BOQs and follow up of consultant invoices and bills
• Close liaison with community, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records, reporting of project progress and presentations
Structural/Site Engineer
• Surveying and planning of the project area for local residential and commercial buildings
• Close coordination with the clients and taking their consent
• Structural design of the buildings, preparation of estimates
• Preparation of design drawings and layout of the site
• Frequent site visits and supervision of construction activities
