• Internships – Planning, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring of interns, coordinating with Universities.
• Induction/ Orientation – Of new staff
• Trainings – Coordinating trainings with line managers, vendors and trainees.
• Payroll – Providing Finance with updated info regarding staff changes
• Separation – Ensuring completion of Exit Process for staff leaving Adcom
• Events – Coordinating and managing employee motivation events, such as picnics
