Manager Finance-Lawari Humanitarian Organization (LHO)
Major responsibilities as Manager Finance including the following:
Preparation of Monthly Payroll of LHO Head Office, Regional Office, projects.
Preparation and submission of Monthly Reports (Summary of Expenses) of proects to Donor (UN-WFP).
Preparation of Monthly Variance reports with Project Financial Budget for all projects.
Collecting & Depositing EOBI of LHO employees.
Review of Cash Vouchers, Bank Vouchers, Journal Vouchers & Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Ensuring timely updation of Financial Software (Sidat Hyder Financial System) and Payroll Module.
Preparation of quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
Assisting in internal and external audits, quality audits, agreed up-on procedure engagements and pre-award assessments.
Assisting in preparation of LHO’s Projects & Annual Budget.
Deduction & Depositing with-holding Income tax and sales Tax in government treasury.
Filing of Monthly With-holding Income Tax Statements and Sales Tax Returns.
Filing of yearly Income Tax Returns.
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of Companies Ordinance 1984.
