Reponsibilities includes: 

Under the overall Supervision of District Management ensured the tasks given below. 

 Consultation with local administration, line departments, UN WASH and Livelihood 

cluster members and WFP partners in the area

 Introduction of the project and wider community consultation and need assessment 

at village level.

 Establishment of male and female Village distribution committees 

 Identification and selection of most vulnerable households (as per WFP criteria) in 

consultation with VDCs for prioritized assistance provision

 Identification and selection of food distribution points (for male and females) and 

development of safe efficient and effective food distribution strategy & mechanism in 

consultation and coordination with the communities & VDCs. It is proposed that TF together 

with community representatives will keep record of food distribution.

 Identification of small scale household and communal structures / schemes for revival/ 

rehabilitation / construction in close consultation with female and male community 

representative groups i.e. VDCs
