• Maintained an updated database of all shipments deliveries and returns.
• Checked the accuracy of invoices from customs brokers.
• Preparation of daily status report of shipments detained in customs.
• Confirmed all shipping details before allowing packages to leave the facility.
• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Addressed any issues with late or missing shipments or expected deliveries
