I have more than 18 years extensive and demonstrated professional experience both with public and private sectors/International donors/United Nations in designing, developing, coordinating and managing programs at Province/State level in the areas of Project Management, Health, Social Protection, ME, DRR, Urban/Rural development, Small Grants, Education, Projects/Programs Design and Management, Humanitarian Assistance Programs, Strategies, Policies, Proposal Development, Public Private Partnerships, Community based WASH and Community driven development.
I have implemented/executed several projects/programs of national and international donors. It enabled me to develop/ use/ implement Inputs/Outputs, Incremental and Performance based activities for various projects, programs and policies. Also, I have developed several proposals for national and international donors and reviewed hundreds of proposal received for consideration for funding in Youth Initiative, Counter extremism, Health Hygiene, WatSan, poverty alleviation, Gender, DRM and social protection at various strategic positions.
