• As a Student Guide-Buddy my duties include, supporting students during induction, enrollment, graduation events, open days and surveys as well as working with different schools and departments throughout the academic year, as and when required. I help to direct students through all aspects of student life including residence, studies and jobs.
• My counselling, communication skills and interpersonal skills has increased by interacting with student from different countries and backgrounds. I am quick to build relationship through communicating with students from different nationalities and departments.

This role is on part-time bases alongside with my studies to gain skills and experience. Key responsibilities includes

• Assisted accounting staff in managing accounts receivable/payable, VAT, Payroll and Tax returns using VT transaction.
• Preparing Financial Statements for variety of clients inclusive of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Bank Reconciliations, Monthly Reports, preparing invoices and keeping track of overdue accounts
• Book keeping, Maintained confidential documents and records
• Managed internal and external correspondence and emails
• Built and maintained relationships. Provided customer service and handled customer queries
