o Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy through ICS.

o Process and initiate business plans for new and existing express centers renovation works, further follow up with ABH \ MR \ RMR to initiate renovation work according to the submitted budget.
o Follow up with Manager Retails in Karachi to develop and submit monthly attendance sheet of complete Retail staff RSO \ RSEs.
o Manage all administrative issues at Karachi area express centers including minor renovation works, regular payments to associations, building maintenance charges through PCVs.
o Arrange and maintain record of provided uniform to retail staff on Network, including follow up with Areas and admin department to arrange required quantity.
